Jeff has always had the heart of a teacher and an entrepreneurial drive. After starting his career in education, he joined his family’s business and helped grow it into the second-largest medical waste company in the Southwest, expanding across three states.

After the successful sale of the business, Jeff began searching for retirement guidance of his own—but quickly realized the level of planning and transparency he expected simply wasn’t there. That experience led him to a new calling.

In January 2014, Jeff founded Frontier Wealth Management with a clear mission: to better serve individuals and families preparing for retirement. As a fiduciary, Jeff is committed to always act in his clients’ best interest—providing honest, straightforward guidance you can trust.
